After graduating from University, I wanted a to work in a science and engineering company where i would be presented with new challenges and different applications everyday.
Since joining NI, I haven't found a fellow graduate who enjoys their job as much as I do. The company's ability to recognise an employee’s strengths and the diverse breadth of career paths means that career development is rapid and unique to each individual. In 10 years I've held 7 different positions; from applications engineering, technical marketing and field sales, to now being in a position where I consult engineering organisations on how to design and test their products. Put simply, it's hard to find a reason to not like working for this company.
