We’ve welcomed a lot of new starters over the last year and we’re still growing our UK System delivery team for the Skynet 6A project – the development, manufacture, cyber protection, assembly, integration, test and launch, of a military communications satellite, planned for launch in 2025 and some exciting opportunities with the NCI Agency, NATO and Australian Defence.

We’re looking for a Systems Engineers to understand, elaborate and model the system requirements for our secure satellite communication system.

You will joining Connected Intelligence, End to End communications, delivering a wide range of secure communication systems to Military customers, UK, US and NATO. Ensuring that mission and business critical communication run safely, securely and efficiently

The UK Engineering team are responsible for the:

  • Design, develop, integrate and test secure solutions comprising of our products, bespoke developments and COTS and to validate them to requirements.
  • We deploy and commission the complete system and provide logistic support worldwide
  • We are the back bone of Engineering Delivery in the UK/US and NATO whilst also supporting  transversal activities

What you will be doing: 

You will support the System Engineering Team, working on projects from Multi Domain Combat  Cloud,  next generation of the Sky Net ground infrastructure to supporting the design and integration of the latest Secure, Modular and scalable Deployable Communications networks and infrastructure. We offer a very diverse range of products and services need your skills

You will develop as System Engineer, working on Software and Hardware modeling, conceptualising the big picture, taking on complex and challenging issues, to ensure we produce the right solution for our clients.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline
  • Computer Science
  • Knowledge of Software and Hardware engineering is desirable
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Team player
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
  • Understanding of Project Engineering Management
