To give you a taste of the experience, you will ‘Play to Win' via a competitive business simulation exercise, ‘Prioritise and Execute’ by organising a team community event, and ‘Develop awareness of Others and Self’ during a personality profile workshop. By the end of the programme, you will be fully aware of your unique strengths and personal brand and be ready to develop the next phase of your 3M career.
Not only will you gain a good overview of 3M’s business, enabling you to move across functions at a later stage, but you'll also build up a great network of contacts and friends to support you throughout your career. Training starts with a general introduction to the programme and talks by senior managers and continues throughout your programme.
