Our two-year Explorer Programme is a deep dive into Operations at Barclays. As an analyst, you’ll enjoy structured rotations throughout your program, with one rotation potentially taking you into a related team. You’ll get insight into our inner workings and what goes into efficient, painless processing – whether it’s for investment transactions or personal credit cards. And you’ll get exposure to the whole bank – giving you the opportunity to build a strong network and great prospects for development.
