Job Purpose:

Working in the laboratory environment of a market-leading manufacturer of precision-engineered fastening system for the Aerospace Industry. Responsible for contributing to team performance and business objectives whilst remaining compliant and adhering to health and safety standards.

Ensuring that testing is carried out following the company processes and ensuring data is accurately recorded. To work with all the other departments of the company to ensure full customer satisfaction. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Chemical testing of process chemical tanks 
  • Chemical testing/analysis of product 
  • Preparing chemical solutions
  • Maintain records
  • Support Other Laboratory duties as required

Qualifications/Experience: 

  • Knowledge of chemistry
  • Knowledge of working in a laboratory environment would be an advantage
  • Able to Read and interpretate test methods & work instructions  
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work un-supervised in areas of proficiency
