We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and ambitious undergraduate placement engineer to support our expanding business. Working in a rewarding and challenging environment, you will be able to immerse yourself into a highly skilled and experienced team of Engineers; allowing you to gain the expertise necessary to progress within this global industry.

This role gives an exceptional insight into a key area of a manufacturing organisation. Within the Quality Department you will be working within our team of experienced Quality Engineers in a bid to reduce non conformance within the business whilst ensuring that quality products reach our customers in a timely manner.

To become part of our innovative team, you will need:

  • To be studying for a relevant engineering degree (Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Automotive), with a strong predicted grade (2.1 or above).
  • Well developed problem solving skills.
  • Strong IT Skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others and challenge ways of thinking.
  • A keen interest in manufacturing and precision engineering.
  • A passion for driving continuous improvement projects.
  • To be a well motivated, self starter with drive and enthusiasm.
  • To have excellent a en on to detail and produce quality work within set timeframes.
  • To have a structured, method driven approach to all work tasks.
