Timet Swansea produces Titanium in Bar, Plate and Sheet form. It includes hot rolling bays for bar and flat, bar finishing, flat finishing and Service Centre.
We are looking for enthusiastic, talented, ambitious and skilled individuals who thrive on a challenge to undertake a 12 month placement within our Organisation based at our Waunarlywdd Plant in Swansea. You will work within the Manufacturing Engineering Department on projects to help with cost reduction, improve throughput and yield and continuous improvement.
The role will involve the analysis of current process variables to help understand the capability of the manufacturing route to meet metallurgical requirements and conformance to engineering drawings. This is an exceptional opportunity for an active student to gain experience in a Titanium manufacturer that operates at a global level.
