With a strong bias towards oil and gas related activities in the world including remote areas and challenging deep water locations, it is a leader in the supply of engineering, procurement, project management and construction services, with distinctive capabilities in the design and execution of large-scale offshore and onshore projects.

More recently, we have expanded our capability in engineering and construction in the renewables sector (offshore wind farms).
Saipem operates a prestigious fleet of vessels including high productivity Pipelay vessels for large diameter trunklines, Construction vessels for shallow and deep water rigid / flexible pipes / subsea trenching & subsea structures installation, Heavy lift vessels & large transportation barges for installing/removing topsides, jackets and windfarm components.
