Your Experience ExxonMobil day does not end there, it is the fast track route to securing your 2019 placement. With your decision on your preferred placement programme made we’ll interview you for that programme on the day whilst you’re at the event – over 80% of our 2018 placement students secured their placement in this way at Experience ExxonMobil events in 2017.
Experience ExxonMobil Commercial event will be hosted at ExxonMobil Head Office, located in Surrey, and the event will take place on: 30th October 2018
Our placements offer real work experience, either over our eight week Summer Placement or thirteen month Industrial Placement starting in July 2019. While on placement with ExxonMobil you will have support and guidance from managers, supervisors and more recent graduates to enable you to use your degree knowledge and fulfil your potential, gaining confidence and experience as an individual through learning new skills from being in a real operational environmental. Build your experience in the world of business. During your placement, you will be given challenging work assignments and real responsibility as they understand and help to improve our Fuels & Lubricants businesses.
Your role is likely to involve supporting our Sales teams with analysis required for upcoming multi-million pound deals or providing key insights into our business portfolio. You could also be supporting a project within the Marketing organisation on some our latest initiatives including loyalty and customer experience.
At the end of your placement, you will have the opportunity to share your work with Fuels & Lubricants management and have a real impact on how we run our business.

If you’re application meets the minimum criteria you will be invited to take our online test, which you must complete within five days of receiving the invitation. Candidates who pass the online test will be invited to a competency based Skype interview between May and end of August. If you’re successful, you’ll receive an invitation via email to Experience ExxonMobil by mid-September.
