We provide innovative solutions to complex engineering and design challenges for buildings.

Utilities and Energy

As industry influencers, we strive for improvements that benefit our clients. We work alongside the firm’s MEP engineers, our sustainability team, or as a standalone service, covering all aspects of water, gas, electricity, telecoms and energy services.

The various scenarios that could be encountered on a project has a significant effect on land value. Whatever balance between speed, cost, risk management and low-carbon solutions is required, we expertly manage the process from start to finish, negotiating the absolute best price and timeframe.

We work closely with our sustainability team.
