At Roke we aim to recruit some of the best talent the country has to offer. In doing so we recognise that we also need to provide the necessary building blocks for successful integration into the business and the ongoing support required which will allow our graduate community to fulfil their undoubted potential. That’s why we’ve created a programme that will support individual learning and development, whilst simultaneously delivering real business value.
We aim to recruit some of the best talent.
Firstly, we recognise that there is no substitute for ‘learning on the job’, which is why we place the emphasis on providing access to meaningful project work and innovation tasks that will foster the creation of a breadth of skills and experience across our practice areas. Additionally, we will aim to mobilise our Advisory Services graduates onto customer sites under the mentorship of a senior Roke advisor as swiftly as possible. All this is assured through our Graduate Review Board (GRB) business process. The GRB involves placing a lens over each graduate individually, in order to ensure we are rotating onto the right project work in order to create that breadth of knowledge and experience, whilst also identifying any formal training requirements.
This emphasis on experiential learning is supported through a number of additional modules such as:
In short, the aggregation of meaningful and interesting project work, and other professional opportunities will help our graduates realise their potential and provide genuine business value throughout their career in Roke.
