You will typically be with us for eight weeks in July / August (summer) or six months to a year from September (industrial) and will be paid an excellent monthly salary. In your summer vacation work, you will be a contributing member of a project team, giving you an unrivalled opportunity to learn and develop new skills within the varied and interesting engineering work which takes place at Roke.

You will have achieved well above average performance in your A-level examinations and demonstrate the ability to achieve a 2:1 or equivalent in your degree course (Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or a business related degree – any year of study).
You should also already have some practical experience of software and/or be able to demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving, so that during your placement useful work can be conducted under the supervision of an engineer.
