One of the real attractions of the IMI Finance Graduate Programme is the flexibility it offers. On my first one-year placement with Precision Engineering, I was able to get involved in everything from developing forecasting tools to helping the marketing department with financial analysis to improving the customer experience on the IMI website.
The two-week induction was a great experience. I got to meet IMI graduates from all over the world. And it helped me bond with the company and its values even more.
