Join our established Global Supply chain team. You could soon be using your skills working with our key suppliers to deliver products to some of the largest energy companies globally. You will experience working with an established procurement team delivering over $100m spend to our key product lines. With opportunities to travel and build strong relationships with suppliers in Europe, America and Asia.  From the start, our Supply Chain Graduate Scheme will introduce you to the fascinating world of one of the most complex and innovative industries.

We provide opportunities to develop your skills portfolio by working through a series of rotations. Working from our state-of-the-art Leeds offices, you will focus on learning the business from the ground up to become a skilled and confident specialist in the sector.

Your Training

Over the duration of the programme, you will gain exposure and knowledge of our Extended Supply Chain Functions based here in Leeds which provides Global and Regional Support to the business. This includes. 

  • Procurement Sourcing (Global project delivery to places including Brazil and Australia)
  • Supplier Quality management (working with key suppliers in Europe and Asia) 
  • Legal and Contracts Management 
  • Project Tendering (support our global tendering team to create strategic sourcing plans)

Your Entry Requirements

Working collaboratively with colleagues you must have integrity, resilience, energy, and a clear focus on results. You will also need the following:

  • A minimum 2:2 Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business on high-value, technically complex products 
  • The right to work in the UK
