Join one of our established graduate schemes within the Tendering department as we expand our team to provide support and expertise across the globe. From the start, our Graduate Scheme will introduce you to the fascinating world of one of the most complex and innovative industries and you will be part of a team contributing towards the delivery of $multi-million bids in a fast-paced dynamic business. 

After you have successfully completed the programme, you will be ready to take your first role within the Tendering team in Leeds which offers a platform to build and develop your career with us. The Leeds Tendering Department manage a high volume of enquiries from some of the largest energy companies globally from low-value product-only proposals in the region of $1 million to $20 million to $multi-million system projects and $billion Subsea Integration Alliance opportunities. Being part of this growing and thriving department will provide opportunity for exposure to many areas of the business, working closely with Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Project Management and other supporting functions on a daily basis.

Your Entry Requirements

Working collaboratively with colleagues you must have integrity, resilience, energy, and a clear focus on results. You will also need the following:

  • A minimum 2:2 Degree in ideally a Business-linked subject or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business on high-value, technically complex products.
  • The right to work in the UK.
