Innovation within the Financial Services industry is crucial to remaining commercial and competitive. This pathway is all about focusing on customer experiences, data and technology to support cutting edge insights, so we can be more agile and innovative, keeping us ahead of the curve with the ever evolving needs of our customer.
Our ten week summer internship will give you first hand experience of the work we do in Change and Business Solutions.
You’ll be supporting us to develop leading-edge, innovative solutions to serve our customers in the best way we can.
You’ll be rewarded with a salary of £21,500 pro rata, depending on location.

That’s why if you complete the internship successfully, and enjoy your experience, there could be a place available for you on our 2020 Change and Business Solutions graduate programme.
The internship starts with an induction and then you’ll start your ten week placement, where you’ll attend training workshops, get involved with our day to day work, and take part in a business improvement project.
You’ll be updating your learning log so, towards the end of the internship, you’ll be able to show off everything you’ve learned in your final assessment.
We’ll pair you up with a ‘buddy’ and a line manager you’ll support you for the full ten weeks. Your buddy will be a current graduate who’ll help you get settled by sharing their experience. Your line manager will provide guidance and support throughout the programme, and help you grow your professional network.
If you’d like to apply for this internship, you’ll need to be in your penultimate year of a university degree, and on course to achieve a 2:1 in a STEM degree.
We’re looking for people who have a real passion for innovation, who want to take on new challenges head on. You’ll need to have excellent communication skills, and an inquisitive nature; paired with a technical mind-set and analytical abilities.
