Gradcracker works here's the proof
Take your first steps into a career in Private Banking, by joining one of our unique programmes focussed on relationship management, or investments.
Within the Private Banking pathway, we have three distinct internship options you can join us on - Relationship Management with Coutts, Relationship Management with Adam & Company, or our specialist Coutts Asset Management programme.
We’ve designed all of these 10 week summer internships to give you direct experience of the work we do in Private Banking, our goals and our team culture.
If you join our Coutts Asset Management pathway, we’ll introduce you to how financial markets work at a high level, including portfolio management, investment product, multi asset investment and investment research. You’ll start developing a deep understanding of how investment works and the services we provide.
But, whichever Private Banking pathway you join, you’ll establish a network that will help you make an excellent start to your career. We’ll help you develop your skills so you’re able to deliver first class solutions for our clients. You’ll support us to provide high net worth clients with relationship support and understand their challenges.
On all programmes, we’ll reward you with a salary of £21,500 pro rata, depending on location.
All internships provide a great opportunity to:
For us, it’s also about finding and engaging talented and passionate people, who’ll make a difference to our business in the long term. That’s why if you complete the internship successfully, and enjoy the experience, there could be a place available for you on our 2021 Private Banking graduate programme.
The internship starts with an induction. You’ll then begin a 10 week placement, where you’ll attend training workshops, get involved with our day to day work, and take part in a business improvement project with fellow interns.
We’ll pair you up with a ‘buddy’ and a line manager you’ll support you for the full 10 weeks. Your buddy will be a current graduate who’ll help you get settled by sharing their experience. Your line manager will provide guidance and support throughout the programme, and help you grow your professional network.
If that sounds like you, then why not apply?
