We’re now looking for graduates to join our manufacturing Future Leaders programme in our fast paced and ever-evolving business! 

Your Purpose

Our manufacturing Future Leaders programme takes the best graduate talent of today and develops them into the manufacturing leaders of tomorrow. You’ll have a keen interest brewing operations, manufacturing and packaging helping us achieve our ambition of first choice for our people, customers, and consumers.

So, what does that mean?

Over a 2-year timeframe you’ll rotate around three of our brilliant production facilities that manufacture our famous brands, including our largest and most advanced brewery in Europe.  

You’ll learn from some of the best in the business, such as our brilliant teams who make and package our brands using complex consumer goods technology and processes.  Operational excellence is at the forefront, and you’ll be immersed in this. 

We’ll support you every step of the way and you’ll gain both depth and breadth of experience across a range of technical and leadership skills, ensuring you’re well equipped to be a future leader. 

About You

We’re keen to hear from ambitious and entrepreneurial graduates who are keen to learn, develop and progress within our organisation. We’d love to see applicants who have a passion for brewing or manufacturing and have a degree in an engineering, sciences, supply chain or STEM related discipline. 

You’ll also need to be geographically mobile as the rotations across our manufacturing sites are national.
