Students must have completed the penultimate year of their undergraduate degree by the time they start their placement and be returning to study after their placement. Our Summer (3 months) Placements are a chance to showcase your ambition, thinking and skills, with total support from a line manager and a buddy.
Students who successfully pass our programmes will be fast-tracked to the final stage of the selection process for the UFLP programme – The Discovery Centre Day.
We also have excellent benefits to support you through your placement including a salary of £20,000, 20 days' annual leave and online training. For Supply Chain, you’ll need a strong background in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing or similar engineering qualification. We also accept Mathematics, Business, Technology, or Design-related disciplines.
