Where the STEM jobs are
Gradcracker works here's the proof
Technology is now an integrated part of all of our lives – employees and consumers alike – and as a result it’s at the heart of everything we do at Unilever, opening new possibilities and propelling us into the future.
Technology touches everything from the sourcing and distribution of sustainable ingredients to the marketing, measurement and selling of our brands on platforms like Facebook, Twitter and partner websites. Our people have the opportunity to help build a bright future for our world, making a big impact every day, on a local level, across Europe and the globe. We have a proven tradition of developing our own purpose driven leaders and encourage innovative thinking.
Our Technology Management (TM) Summer Placements are specially designed to give you the experience you’re hungry for – before you even graduate! You don’t need a technical degree to join TM, we accept applications from any STEM degree discipline. More important is ambition and a passion for the most recent technological developments, some impressive strategic thinking and business awareness.
With a strong performance culture, challenging goals and continuous feedback, we will support you to achieve your potential in an inclusive environment. You will thrive by gaining exposure to real business challenges where your energy and fresh thinking will have an impact. First-hand experience- it’s the fastest way to learn.
Students must have completed the penultimate year of their undergraduate degree by the time they start their placement and be returning to study after their placement.
Our Technology Management Summer Placements are a chance to showcase your thinking and skills, with total support from a line manager and a buddy. Students who successfully pass our Summer Placement programme will be fast-tracked to the final stage of the selection process for the Unilever Future Leaders Programme – The Discovery Centre Day.
