At KPMG in the UK, you’ll be part of our global network of firms and inspiring community of talented people. We work with businesses of all shapes and sizes to help them solve some of their most complex challenges and achieve success now, and in the future. Wherever you join us, across Audit, Tax & Pensions, Consulting, Deal Advisory, Technology & Engineering or KPMG Business Services, you’ll discover a career path full of rewards.
On this 3-year graduate programme, you’ll have the ideal opportunity to learn skills to help you analyse, advise and deliver tech-enabled solutions for clients. You’ll work with a range of clients and technologies. This could mean helping an investment bank manage systems and data compliance with trading regulations, or supporting a software giant in the release of their latest suite of products.
We work extensively on data architecture, data quality and data governance and look at how data can be used for business advantage. Our teams work on projects such as integrating financial data with Cloud based general ledgers, risk management and risk reporting, and improved automation.
You could find yourself working in Financial Services Technology, Corporates Technology, National Markets Technology or Technology Risk Consulting. Solving a broad mix of challenges for our clients, this area is a varied, dynamic and fast-paced place to be.
You’ll benefit from structured training, mentoring, funded technology specific accreditations, and the support you need to learn, grow and thrive.
Graduate trainees who have prior application development experience, can pursue more technical roles if desired, but all graduate trainees will have the chance to acquire and deepen their technical skills, regardless of their experience.
With access to numerous KPMG networks and clubs, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your social and professional networks, too.
We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits, including 25 days holiday, a daily lunch allowance, study leave and a day off on your birthday. With up to six days of work time for volunteering – on top of your annual leave - you’ll be encouraged to make a difference beyond the office, too.
You’ll need to have, on be on course to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in any STEM discipline. You don’t necessarily need a technology-related degree, but we are looking for individuals with a passion for technology and a desire to build knowledge quickly to be comfortable to meet our clients’ needs.
We’ll look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations. See the ‘How to Apply’ section our website for further guidance.
