What is Consulting?

In Consulting, we work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients from diverse industries and sectors to help them overcome the challenges they're facing today, as well as those they might face tomorrow. From innovative approaches to reducing carbon footprints, to working alongside the NHS to help execute the vaccination programme, to supporting Financial Crime prevention at some of the world’s leading financial institutions - the projects we work on are market-leading.

KPMG Consulting Graduate Programmes

As a Consulting graduate, you can look forward to the intellectual inspiration that comes from solving complex problems and creating positive change for lots of different organisations. You could develop your skills in areas such as advising on how companies can grow with confidence, avoid unnecessary risk or deal with the unexpected – and plenty more. We bring together broad specialisms and deep expertise to give our clients "Connected Consulting". It means you can expect exposure to a wide range of projects, working collaboratively – and learning from – leading industry experts. This structured graduate programme will give you the right balance of client experience, responsibility, training and support.

Programmes are available nationwide. 

Your qualifications

You’ll need to have, or be on course to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in any STEM discipline. We will however look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations.
