Technology is at the heart of what we do and part of the very DNA of our business. That’s why we’ve invested in a powerful team of over 1,500 technologists; creating a step change in the way we work and delivering broader, deeper expertise to our clients faster than ever. Our connected solutions stretch across a range of specialisms too, from digital consulting, cyber and risk management through to data and analytics, human-centred design, software engineering, and financial modelling.
Our Financial Modelling practice works directly with clients, applying financial knowledge and technical expertise to deliver a range of services across all sectors. This 3-year programme will offer you client interaction, and formal training to develop financial, consulting and technology skills, required across a broad range of tools such as; VBA, SQL, Python and Qlikview. You’ll learn how to build bespoke financial and operational models to help our clients make informed decisions, improve business operations, and forecast effectively for the future.
People who thrive within our Financial Modelling practice are passionate about continually adapting their skills and knowledge to find solutions for our clients, have a love of working with numbers, and typically come from STEM, Economics or Finance backgrounds.
You’ll need to have, or be on course to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in STEM/Finance/Economics. We will look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations.
You’ll have access to funded, relevant professional qualifications; an extensive programme of internal training geared towards your career and personal development; and the chance to use your skills to make a difference through a range of community volunteering initiatives. On this programme, you’ll study for the CIMA or CFA qualifications depending on the team you join. We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits too, including 25 days' holiday, study leave and a day off on your birthday.
