Our four-week Audit Vacation Programme is your chance to gain work experience in a specific audit business area and an insight into life within our diverse and supportive audit community.
The programme is designed to help you grow and develop a breadth of professional skills, giving you learning that will last you a lifetime. You’ll build your commercial understanding and in-depth knowledge of different sectors and businesses and understand more about the work we do to deliver the highest quality audits.
If you’re successful on the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to be considered for our Audit Graduate programme in the same office location, starting in 2024.

Our Vacation Programmes are open to students in their penultimate year of university or who are due to graduate in 2024.
As the vacation programme is not that long, the focus for you will be to ensure every second counts. Above all else, it’s about gaining experience on real-time, real-life projects. It's an opportunity to learn new skills, enhance your CV, learn about the world of work and, importantly, get your foot in the door of one of the leading professional services firms.

The training and development of our people is critical to the future success of our business. This ranges from an immersive 5-day induction experience to help with the transition to the world of work, formal training courses, leadership knowledge bites, learning journals, online courses and networking events – all aligned to our ‘learn for a lifetime’ strategy designed to help trainees gain an advantage for life. As part of your vacation programme, you will be introduced to this package and have the opportunity to experience some of the training and development curriculum and learning community.
