Why Work Here?

Why Lloyds Banking Group?

We’re changing financial services. And we want you to join us.

Training and Development

We’ll make sure you have everything you need to build the future you want. Continuous learning and support is the theme of life as a graduate at Lloyds Banking Group. It all starts with the Graduate Handbook you’ll receive when you join us. This will include the essential information you need all in one place so you can hit the ground running.

Throughout your time here, you will have access to our award-winning Future Skills Learning Hubs. These contain a huge variety of interactive training videos from experts in the field to improve your soft skills and build the key capabilities you’ll need to succeed here. The videos include a blend of learning solutions across a variety of different topics from relationship management to data and analytics.

You’ll also work towards an industry-recognised qualification that will take your career to the next level, and we’ll foot the bill for your studies.

Ongoing support comes in the form of our diversity networks including Breakthrough women’s network, Access Disability network, Rainbow LGBT network, Family Matters group and Reach – our race, ethnicity and cultural heritage network. All these  networks regularly host workshops, talks and networking sessions.

You’ll also have the chance to develop via volunteering opportunities. These will give you the scope to contribute to the Group’s purpose of helping Britain recover from the pandemic and use the skills from your day-to-day role in a different setting to continue your personal development journey.
