We are looking to recruit an industrial trainee quantity surveyor based in our London office to join our award winning team of quantity surveyors, cost management consultants and cost engineers. We work in a variety of sectors including property, infrastructure, energy, education, healthcare, utilities, and government. Our teams work throughout the whole project life cycle; and predict the financial impacts that property or infrastructure assets have on a client’s business model –at a project’s inception, during delivery, on completion and throughout the assets’ life.
Our industrial placements are for a period of 6-12 months, you will be involved in the preparation of estimates and cost plans; contractor procurement processes, contract award, valuations and financial statements. You will be responsible for creating monthly reports and standard documentation, helping with preparing tender documentation and analysing contractor tender returns. You will have exposure to contract reviews and settlement of construction contracts.
To join us for an Industrial Trainee placement you must currently be at University studying towards a degree in quantity surveying or a quantity surveying related degree.
