Save to job diary Saved to Job Diary Apply now

Here at the MTC, we know that to continue realising our vision to inspire great British manufacturing on the global stage, means to continue having the right people in place throughout the company. And our Graduate Development Programme has been put together to help us do just that. Structured to give you the experience, knowledge and skills to become a competent and confident professional engineer, it represents a fantastic opportunity to take control of your future with a company that’s building an enviable reputation for bringing great ideas to life.

Our two-year rotational programme is specifically designed to build your experience and understanding of our key work-streams, including Digital Technologies. Automation, Additive Fusion, and Design & Assembly. Working on exciting live projects from the start, alongside some of the best minds in the industry, you’ll learn first-hand what it takes to build a successful and rewarding engineering career bridging the gap between academia and industry.

In addition, to being part of the Monitored Professional Development Scheme (MPDS) and having a dedicated mentor to guide you through the programme’s requirements, we’ll also help you hone essential business, commercial and personal leadership skills, including problem solving and creativity, financial awareness, and effective relationship building.
