Gradcracker works here's the proof
Specialising in one of Renishaw’s product areas, you will undergo a 12-month training programme to develop the relevant skills, knowledge and experience to successfully apply manufacturing and metrology principles with Renishaw products to resolve our customers manufacturing problems.
Following your training period, you will be a skilled and knowledgeable member of the Renishaw Applications team who can be called upon to provide support to either pre or post sales activities throughout the Renishaw group. You will become a self-sufficient, confident engineer able to communicate with personnel, from shop floor to management levels, both within Renishaw and its customers. Working in Applications can often involve travel, either national or international, depending on the product line and business requirement.
Promotion within the Applications engineering stream can lead to positions such as Senior or Principle Applications Engineer, or to a managerial position such as Applications Manager or Operations Manager.
When you join Renishaw, we're committing to your future career. That's because we believe in developing our people's skills and promoting them internally. We also offer a benefits package that's highly desirable, including a 9% non-contributory pension, discretionary annual bonus and pay reviews, subsidised onsite restaurant, free parking and fitness centre. Of course, we appreciate there’s more to life than the office, so we also provide 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Life Assurance, the option to join BUPA Renishaw Health Trust and an Employee Assistance Programme for employees and family.
