The graduate development programme for Manufacturing Engineers aims to develop ambitious, talented and self-motivated graduates into the skilled technical experts and managers required to grow and advance our manufacturing organisation.
You will follow a personalised and structured two and a half year programme based on a series of six-month placements covering a broad range of disciplines. Placements and projects will be aligned to your ambitions and always involve work on real activities and projects delivering tangible business benefits. The scheme will prepare you for a meaningful role within our division. The Mechanical Manufacturing scheme encompasses high-precision, complex component manufacturing, precision electro / mechanical / optical assembly, automation / robotics and the development of entirely new and innovative solutions to manufacturing challenges.
Engineering experience will be gained in process improvement, new product introduction, project engineering, and operational management. Renishaw’s manufacturing and associated engineering takes place in a challenging, high variety, high complexity, rapidly changing environment.
Locations: Gloucestershire (with some possible business need/preference rotations to Miskin, South Wales) and Miskin (with some possible business need/preference rotations to Gloucestershire)
Relevant disciplines: Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Integrated Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics / Scientific, Process / Production Engineering and Robotics / Automation.
