Job Description

Renishaw takes on a number of students during the summer holiday period for between 6 and 12 weeks. A summer placement at Renishaw offers you the chance to learn more about what a career in a commercial discipline in an engineering company means.

Our commercial based summer placement involves working on live projects under the mentorship of our senior managers. The key requirements would be to work on a number of projects pertaining to sales and business development, service development, business analytics, marketing, operational and project management, e-commerce and commercial platform data that would give the company key insight and information on market trends and buying patterns whilst also giving the individual useful exposure to sales and marketing activities and disciplines within Renishaw and one of its Divisions. The particular project(s) would be defined nearer the placement date and clear, tangible objectives set out.
