I joined WEC in 2010 as a graduate, following successful completion of a degree in Aircraft Engineering with Pilot Studies from the University of Salford.
Since then, I’ve worked on a variety of roles, ranging from system design to project management. I am currently responsible for delivery of a multi-million-pound programme- looking after everything from team members to delivery.
WEC has provided me with a supportive and flexible backdrop to my career. Unlike some of my peers who took jobs within larger firms, I have not had to decide between technical or management progression; I have had opportunities for both. Working as a consultant, I have also gained insight into how a variety of clients work, and I’ve worked on a variety of platforms.
