Imagine joining a company where you feel supported and part of a graduate community to help you start your career. Our graduate committee does just that. It is run by graduates for graduates and connects graduates with other members of the company, such as senior management, human resources and committees in other regions. Throughout the year, networking events and development opportunities, as well as social and charitable events, take place.

Managers, many of whom joined Air Products as graduates, regularly take the time to meet with our current graduates to talk about their own career experience and share some advice.
Internal Career Fairs
Our annual internal career fair is an important date on the graduate calendar. Managers and graduates from all over Europe meet to talk about the opportunities which are available for the next year’s assignments.
Throughout the year, the committee hosts a number of events to give our graduates the opportunity to spend time together, support each other outside of work, and give back to the community.
