The programme - why would you want to join us?

We are looking for a final year Master degree applicant in Materials Sciences and/or Metallurgy with knowledge and experience in metals, glass and ceramics as well as thermodynamics, to join our European Engineering Development Program in October 2020.

Air Products offers challenging opportunities for you, the program is structured as 3 x 12-month diverse assignments, based in mainland Europe and the UK. You can complete these assignments in gas application technologies including heat treatment, combustion, metal manufacturing /fabrication, plant operation, Engineering and R&D as well as in cryogenic separations.

Your qualification and skills – what we’d like you to have:

Candidates should be innovative and skillful, with an interest in metallurgy, glass production, material science and heat treatment of materials especially metals. We are looking for individuals, who are enthusiastic and motivated, can work effectively as part of a team, keen to learn new techniques and apply their skills in a commercial organisation. You will must be fluent in French and English other European language is an advantage.

As our assignments are based in France and other European countries, you will need to be fully mobile and willing to relocate during the course of the programme.
