What We Offer:

Our three-year programme is structured to give the greatest opportunity to kick-start your career through three assignments, which can take you to different countries and into our specialist teams. These include many various experiences in the engineering field, such as: process design, production engineering, advanced controls, project engineering and onsite plant experience.

Our high achievers are promoted within the first 18-24 months! If your performance continues to exceed all expectations you can expect a similar continuation of advancement from then on. We offer a healthy remuneration package which will be discussed at interview stage.

What we are looking for:

• A genuine passion for Engineering
• In your final year or have recently graduated with a Masters in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent communication & initiative skills
• Fluent English
• Fully mobile and willing to relocate during the course of the programme, as our assignments are based throughout mainland Europe and the UK.
