The programme:

Our European Graduate Programme is a strategic investment into our future leaders of Air Products and innovators that will keep us ahead in our field. Whether you’re interested in the engineering or commercial aspects of our business, our three-year graduate programme is structured to give you the greatest opportunity to develop your career to its highest potential in both these areas, before you decide on the direction you wish you take.

Your qualification and skills:

  • We are looking for talented, bright individuals, who are enthusiastic and motivated, can work effectively as part of a team, keen to learn new techniques and apply their skills in a commercial organisation.
  • You will possess a Masters degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. You will have excellent communication skills, problem solving attitude and leadership potential.
  • Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English (advanced level).

If you have a Mechanical Engineering background, currently completing or have recently completed your degree, and you feel you are ready for a challenge then why not take advantage of our European Engineering Opportunities? You will also need to be fully mobile and willing to relocate during the course of the programme, as in your 2nd year you may have the opportunity to pursue an assignment in another of our European locations. Finally, ideally you need to possess a clean driving license in time for the start of the programme in October 2021.
