This position touches so many diverse parts of the organisation that I now have a much better idea of why things happen the way they do and why certain decisions are made.
The job offers a lot of variety which means that it never gets boring and at the same time provides the opportunity to learn a lot of different things very quickly.

The best part of this assignment were the various challenges, both technical and inter-personal, and the level of responsibility provided early on.

One of the best aspects of my first assignment was being given the responsibly and independence to run my own projects.
The huge variety of work I undertake is enjoyable. No two days are the same at Air Products.
The best aspects of the job are the variety of work I am doing, the opportunities to visit site and the wide range of people I am working with.
The scheme is very well structured and one of the main objectives is to obtain the chartered accreditation from the related engineering institution (IET for Electrical Engineering).
Taking on responsibility of the technical project lead was a great development opportunity for me. This role provided me with many new experiences...
