Our Distribution Business Unit in Europe consists of a distributor and dealer support network. They deliver reliable sales and service of durable and high performing engine, generator set and aftermarket products to our regionally based (global) partners. Your impact will be seen in these and other ways:
Managing Cummins Turbo Technologies business to meet business targets.
Preparing reports and presentations with application of Excel and PowerPoint.
Supporting with day to day management of new product introductions, ensuring that progress is aligned to the contracted scope, schedule & resource plans.
Providing support to the ‘Synchronised Business Planning’ process – specifically, Product Review by utilising historical business data and future targets to ensure: effective prioritisation & execution of projects to optimise the business benefit.
Risk/Issue assessment and mitigation.

Schedule planning and adherence - owning & maintaining project plans including: The preparation and completion of milestone reviews, Manufacturing/Industrialisation, Supplier Preparation, Product Validation & Approval, Updating systems & data management, Organisation of Prototype Sample manufacture & procurement, Support of customer ‘face-to-face’ program review meetings Strong requirement to work cross-functionally – Build and maintain relationships and business with customers, colleagues and suppliers.

Qualifications and Skills
Understanding of Commercial and Financial basics.
Strong proactive attitude
Excellent interpersonal (written and spoken), organisational and time management skills
Previous working experience – desirable.
Good knowledge of MS Office.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
Studying for a Engineering Degree or similar.
