COVID-19 update - Cummins is still hiring for placements and graduates. At Cummins we don’t focus on the predicted grades, we use a mixture of Core Values which match with the psychometric testing results and the interview process. Cummins moved to Skype video interviewing at the beginning of March, we are not holding any face to face or group assessments during this current cycle. We may ask you to respond and prepare for an exercise under time constraints but all information/instructions are provided. If you have any issues with Skype our Recruiters are on hand to help you.
