We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Training Business IT Support Placement Student to join our team specialising in services for our Distribution Business Segment in Daventry. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organisation operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Hardware Systems Maintenance - Keeping department computers updated and correctly functioning, and supporting with remote training equipment
  • Software and License Management - Keeping critical software up to date and licenses validated
  • Technical Support - Providing tailored help to colleagues to resolve technical issues
  • Website management - Keeping the department website up to date with the latest information
  • CST booking tool management - Tracking enhancements of the tool and keeping the team informed
  • Oracle ERP HHP1P - Invoicing customers who have booked on training
  • Administrative Support - Provide help to the administration team by using internal systems for course booking
  • Support on business projects with sourcing, displaying, and analysing data.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Working towards a STEM degree 
  • Excellent IT, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to learn, analyse, and understand business and technical processes
  • Ability to manage workload effectively.
