We are looking for an enthusiastic IT/Business Process and Project Management Placement Student to join our team on a 12 month placement commencing July/Aug 2022, specialising in Systems/IT for our Distribution business Segment in Wellingborough, United Kingdom.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Analysis of business problems, using business analysis tools and techniques whilst driving business process improvement initiatives.
Identifying, designing, evaluating, and building IT solutions to meet business needs.
Leading small/Large-scale project initiatives from inception to completion at varying stages of their project lifecycle.
Maintaining existing business/IT systems and understanding their interaction with business processes.
Helping deploy new business/IT systems, including testing support, end user training, Supporting Business/IT Compliance and Internal Controls, Providing team coordination, administration and operational support.
Involvement in Cross functional/Cross Business Unit/Global initiatives, Participating in community and charity initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Ability to learn, analyse, and understand business and technical processes.
Undertaking IT/Computing, Data analytics or Business/Management related degree, or with an interest/passion in these areas.
Must be a team player able to work as part of a team with the ability to manage own workload and balance multiple tasks/projects at one time.
General IT proficiency, Good Problem-solving skills.
