During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Engineering Plant Support (EPS) is an engineering department which leads investigations and provides real engineering solutions. The aim of this team is to keep the manufacturing lines running by providing rapid response to engineering line stopping issues e.g. fit checks, part quality issues, process documentation, hands on solutions. EPS act as the link between the operations teams (Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Materials etc) and engineering and work cross-functionally daily in an exciting and varying environment. The scope of work covers all manufacturing lines including Blockline, Engine and Genset assembly, Cylinder head, Engine and Genset test.
You will be involved in conducting investigation work and working with various subject matter experts to form a quick solution which will enhance your problem solving, adaptability, confidence, and technical knowledge.
