This is an exciting opportunity to join our Technology division where you will spend your first six months as a member of the IT Service Desk. The second half of your placement will be in one of our operations teams such as Windows, Linux or Network Operations.
This is primarily a first line support/operations role where you will be working alongside a mentor and members of the senior team who will provide continuous support.
Initially you will undertake two weeks of internal training to learn about our IT systems and infrastructure. You’ll be mentored by an existing team member who will be seated near you to answer questions and guide you. After this initial period is completed you will begin to help out as a member of the team.
You will gain an insight into the new technologies being used across a cutting edge financial institution and how the upgrades improve our existing IT Infrastructure.
