Health matters

Subject to length of service, Taylor Wimpey offers an enhanced maternity pay policy that will cover your full salary for the first 3 months and 50% for the second 3 months and our paternity leave policy also covers our employees’ salary in full for the first two weeks of leave.

We’re also proud to offer an adoption policy as well as a shared parental leave policy and our very own internal Parents Network, so if you’re thinking about starting or growing your family we’ve got you covered. We recognise that returning to work after growing your family can be tough and that it’s a big adjustment both professionally and personally. That’s why we offer a fully paid, phased return to work after maternity leave and internal coaching through our maternity returners programme.
