2025 Accelerate Graduate Programme - Analytics and Artificial Intelligence

Analytics, Statistics, Software, AI.

What is the Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Accelerate Programme Pathway?

The Analytics and AI (A&AI) pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented graduates who are passionate about data strategy, data science and data analytics. In A&AI, we develop and apply technical skills to help clients solve complex business challenges.

What Future Do You Want?
Capgemini enables its clients to unlock the value of technology to transform their business and responsibly transform our world. Get The Future You Want.

The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts:

  • The Institute (circa 3 months)
  • The ET&U Academy (circa 18 months)

Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at Capgemini Invent within a feed-back rich environment.

Following your time in The Institute, you will join the Analytics & AI Academy.

The Focus of Your Role

As an Associate Consultant you will primarily learn to become a strong consultant, providing a wealth of knowledge and wide-ranging skills for your clients. You will build your core consulting skills through having early responsibility on interesting and challenging work that influences how our clients evolve the way they work, perform, and achieve their goals. There will also be opportunities to work on large scale transformation programmes, whereby you will ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects by working flexibly, demonstrating intellectual capability, and delivering innovative solutions for clients. Finally, you will gain opportunities to help grow the business through a wide variety of internal projects which can further develop your skills and deepen your interests e.g., thought leadership, propositions, and event management.

What you will need

We are particularly interested to learn if you have experience or are interested in working in the industries we operate in and are keen to start a career in an environment where you can drive change.

Ideally, you will have some (or all) of the following:

  • Teamwork skills, demonstrating effective communication (written & verbal)
  • Ability to drive work independently and adapt to changes in an agile way
  • Time management and organisation, with the ability to prioritise and balance various tasks
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders
  • A passion for applying analytics and data science to solve business challenges

Previous experience or a strong desire to further your own personal development in at least one of the following:

  • Programming languages used for Data Science (i.e. Python, R, SQL)
  • Data visualisation tools (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Digital Analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Analysing, drawing insight, and identifying trends from various types of data sets
  • Data Management & Governance
  • Data Architecture
  • Data Strategy

At Capgemini Invent, although academics form part of our overall hiring decision, we do not select candidates purely on academic performance. We will assess your suitability for a role using several tools including video interviewing and assessment centres (all currently being held virtually).

Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last 3 years with no more than 6 consecutive month residence outside the UK (in order to meet security clearance requirements).
