As an Intern in the Program and Quality Team of Keysight Technologies in EMEAI (Europe Middle East, Africa and India) you will be working in an international team on improving current processes and infrastructure as well as learning some of the key functions within the Customer Contact Centre (CCC) and Field organisations.
The Customer Contact Centre (CCC) is located across Europe with a central order administration located in Barcelona. The team that is hiring you is formed by ~25 team members of different background and from different countries, it is working from 3 different locations and 2 continents. The Team that you will join provides support to more than 120 countries and 600 employees.
