Innovation is key to what we do at Alfa, and is baked into our day-to-day.
To empower our employees, everyone gets their own individual innovation budget (free time to work on whatever they want), and we hold regular innovation days, innovation afternoons, and an annual off-site, two-day Hackathon. Ideas from this are supported by a well defined process for progressing them into fully featured parts of the product or business. Along with a healthy budget for socialising, pizza, and drinks!

This is why we have communities dedicated to improving diversity and inclusion at Alfa, through changing policies, making partnerships and educating the wider workforce on key topics such as age, gender, career paths and socio-economic backgrounds.
At Alfa, we believe our corporate activity should positively impact the lives of the people we work with, as well as the wider community. Our dedicated CSR team has been in place for many years, with members drawn from across the company to help all of our colleagues in volunteering, fundraising for charity partners, donation of equipment such as old laptops to local schools, reducing our environmental impact, and much more.
