Our Financial Services Practice drives exciting work across Insurance, Capital Markets and Banking. Joining us as a Financial Services Consultant, you’ll work on some of the most exciting projects that the consulting industry has seen for years.

  • We work with major financial institutions to deliver their most strategic programmes in smarter and more efficient ways using lean and Agile methods.
  • We have a number of major global banking and insurance clients where we are shaping and managing their responses to major regulatory change  
  • We are working with fintechs, fintech accelerators and major firms to seize the opportunities presented by significant disruption in financial markets and the way customers interact with financial services.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Can deliver projects with minimal but regular guidance from (assignment) manager
  • Can craft detailed implementation plan for accomplishment of 'streams' of work/analysis
  • Is able to manage small number of support staff to support delivery of analysis
  • Is able to react to changes in requirements, timeframes, data availability constructively
  • Can draft client documents
  • Is able to interact with junior clients with no oversight and to interact with senior clients when supported• Can manage their own time effectively
  • Can identify extension opportunities while on assignment
  • Can support sales activities within the practice• Will bring good knowledge of one of the core industry areas (i.e. retail banking, wholesale banking or insurance) or service areas (e.g. risk or outsourcing) commensurate with experience requirements outlined above
  • Will bring awareness of industry issues within core areas

Candidates must:

  • Have a 2:1 degree or equivalent
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Be willing to travel on business.
