We offer a structured entry-level rotational programme to equip graduates with the foundational knowledge and skills to build a long-term career as a technology professional at Deutsche Bank and maximise the opportunity to add value in a variety of roles within Technology, aligned to the future state operating model.
Depending on your rotation you will gain expertise in software development (coding), in line with modern technology best practice; gain insight into a specific business domain and experience solving business problems using an agile delivery methodology, with an emphasis on small product-driven teams interacting directly with users; form a practical understanding of the DB software development lifecycle and gain familiarity with the target state architecture for the domains you have worked in and experience of the standard design patterns for strategic DB frameworks like Fabric, Autobahn, GLUE.
