Arcadis (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the leading global Design & Consultancy organisation for natural and built assets, has been named in the top 3 Best Big Companies to work for ranking. With winners assessed across a variety of factors including workplace engagement, leadership, staff well-being, development opportunities, company culture and values, Arcadis’ entry into this prestigious annual list sets it apart as truly going the extra mile to create a thriving workplace environment.
Ranking in #3 place overall, Arcadis’ ‘Best Companies’ accreditation has only been made possible thanks to an outstanding commitment to workplace engagement, a strong wellbeing agenda and a desire to make a difference to society. It is testament to the significant investment Arcadis has made to creating a positive environment in which its people can be their best.
The Best Companies to Work For lists are derived solely from the views of employees. The highly competitive ‘Big Companies’ list spotlights the leading 25 companies in this particular category. To join the list, organisations must employ at least 3,000 full-time employees and have some of the highest Best Companies Index (BCI) scores overall.
Arcadis also made it into nine regional shortlists, achieving #1 place in the London list, #3 place in Wales and #3 place in Yorkshire & The Humber. The company came #2 place in Construction and Engineering’s Best Companies to work for.
Commenting on the results, Mark Cowlard, UK CEO of Arcadis, said:
