About the programme

Being a consultant is about understanding how you fit into the bigger picture. You’ll be challenged and supported in experiencing the variety of service lines within the business, taking responsibility from day one.

There are two capability pathways available within the consulting programme:

  • Management Consulting
  • Cost Management.

As a Graduate on this three-year rotational programme you will be working in a diverse team of consultants. You’ll be cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues and finding ways to improve the ways we work. You’ll be responsible for owning deliverables, liaising with clients and be given every opportunity to build your skillsets.


You’ll benefit from structured training, mentoring, funded professional qualifications or accreditations relevant to your programme, and the support you need to develop and succeed.

We’ll help you to develop your technical skills, commercial judgement and core consulting skills.

What we are looking for

To be considered for this programme you will need to be on course for achieving a 2:1 in your degree or equivalent. We need a mix of perspectives and skills so there’s no typical degree, we need a mix of perspectives and skills and are looking out for people who:

  • Keen to learn and develop further skills

  • You’ll need to have or be on course to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s qualified in any STEM subject.
